THE FLATHEAD VALLEY’S BEST YOUTH BASKETBALL PROGRAM
Kalispell Rotary Youth Basketball devotes countless volunteer hours each year to providing local kids and their families an outstanding recreational basketball program. This program:
- is very affordable (registration is only $40).
- creates a positive experience for everyone involved.
- teaches solid basketball skills and fundamentals.
- teaches concepts of teamwork and good sportsmanship.
- builds character.
- is a lot of fun!
2023 GIRLS SEASON DATES TO ADD TO YOUR CALENDAR
- Registration opens July 1st.
- Registration deadline is September 15th.
- Preseason Basketball Camp is September 23rd.
- Coaches Meeting is September 24th.
- First games of the season are September 30th.
- Last games of the season (tournament included) are November 11th.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAM INFORMATION
3rd and 4th Graders:
- One practice per week, arranged by team coaches
- One game per week (Saturdays)
- Coaching fundamentals, ‘learning level’ officiating (teaching the love of the game)
5th and 6th Graders:
- At least one practice per week, arranged by team coaches
- More games per week (Saturdays plus)
- Coaching game strategies, plays, etc., officiating guides improved playing

- Volunteers: Coaches, Court Monitors and Scorekeepers
- Referees: One of the program’s biggest needs is referees to officiate games. Referees are paid per game. Contact us at [email protected] for details.
